The location of this hotel is amazing, surrounded by mountains and with hiking trails starting from the parking lot. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom is impressive. The breakfast is very delicious, with a variety of food including local ham and yogurt. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The hotel also has good parking and transportation options.
Nothing negative to say.

Atmospheric, isolated, in a National Park, old with character (odd woodcarvings everywhere!). Nothing luxurious but perfect for the purpose of hiking. We made our best hikes in the Pyrenees from this hotel.
The breakfast was simple but OK for the price. would have liked to have had a better choice of food at the cafeteria.

Great views and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. We loved the spa and the delicious dinner menu.
The rooms were quite dated and the amenities were average. The breakfast was not impressive and lacked variety.

This is an outstanding hotel, with a very pleasant staff. The hotel location deep in the high Pyrenees in beautiful. The food was also very good at the hotel. We will be going back to the hotel in July for another climb.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful in providing information and lunches for hikers/climbers.
An improvement would be to have internet service available in the rooms, as well as in the cafeteria, and with higher speed. Phones in the rooms would also be an improvement.

Staying in a hotel with a connection to nature has its appeal, especially if it can put you in a prime location for hiking trails. This hotel doesn't fail to bring that kind of relaxation. With the beauty of the Pyrenees Mountains right outside your door, it's easy to get lost on long hikes and come back rejuvenated. The hotel itself also has its perks, despite the rooms being plain and the bathrooms a bit outdated. The service is adequate, and the breakfast is better than in some three-star hotels.
The high cost of accessing some of the facilities--such as the pool and spa--can ruin the experience for those keeping budget.

The food was a disappointment and needs to be brought up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Beautiful setting, plenty of outdoor activities
This hotel is located in a stunning area, surrounded by beautiful mountains and waterfalls. There are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy, such as hiking and skiing. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for trails and routes to explore.
Although the location is beautiful, the hotel itself is overpriced and outdated. The rooms feel old and musty, and the bedding is made of dated polyester.

One of the standout aspects of this hotel is its exceptional location. Situated in the Pyrenees mountains, it offers easy access to hiking trails right from the hotel door. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just want to take a leisurely stroll, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful nature surrounding it.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and there were no major issues to complain about.

It is situated near the highest mountain in the Pyrenees, making it perfect for hiking enthusiasts. The hotel's proximity to the hiking trails makes it easy to access, allowing guests to start their adventures right from the hotel's doorstep. The staff at the hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing clear directions and recommendations for hiking trails.
